Refund policy

Return Policy (Strict – Damage Only)

At Areum Global, we prioritize product quality and safety.
For hygiene and cosmetic safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage.

We only accept a return or replacement if:

  • The product arrived damaged during shipping or handling, and
  • You provide clear photo and video proof, and
  • The damage is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order

After 24 hours, we cannot accept any claims.
This is to ensure the damage occurred during shipment and not after use or storage.

If the claim is approved, you may choose between:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund to your original payment method

Important:

  • Products must remain unopened and unused in order to be eligible for inspection.
  • Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging that does not affect the product performance is not considered a valid reason for return.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged upon arrival and approved after review.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for approved damage claims.

Once we receive and verify your claim:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
  • If a replacement is chosen, shipping will be covered by Areum Global

We cannot issue refunds if:

  • The product is opened or used
  • Proof of damage is missing or unclear
  • The damage claim was submitted after 24 hours
  • The damage is due to customer handling or storage
